CORPORATE SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Amendment, dated as of November 17, 2020, by and between DBX ETF Trust (the “Trust”) and The Bank of New York Mellon (“BNYM”) who are parties to the Corporate Services Agreement dated July 6, 2016 (the “Agreement”).
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Agreement as set forth below:
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreements herein contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Exhibit A is replaced in its entirety with the attached Exhibit A dated as of the date of this Amendment .
| 2. | Except as specifically amended hereby, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. |
| 3. | This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, which together shall constitute one instrument. |
